Super Page 58 ("the site") is dedicated to the history, understanding, and archiving of Digitiser, the computer and video games magazine broadcast on Teletext in the UK between 1993 and 2003.

The site exists on a purely non-commercial basis, supported entirely by its sole owner and manager, Chris Bell. No money is made from the site via advertising, subscriptions, public donations, or by any other means.

As an archive conducting non-commercial research, all copyright material published on the site is done under fair dealing (commonly known as "fair use") terms. All copyright material remains the property of its stated owner.

Digitiser is a trademark of Paul Rose (aka "Mr Biffo"), and where he is the copyright owner, material is published on the site with his permission.

Teletext screenshot images are copyright and the property of DMG Media Ltd. These images have never been retained by the copyright owner and have never been made commercially available - their use here is for historic and cultural preservation purposes only. No commercial damage is considered to have been done due to their public unavailability since their original free-to-air broadcast prior to 10 March 2003 (Digitiser ceased publication on 9 March 2003), and the fact that they have never been made available for purchase in any form. These images have been provided by private archivists seeking to preserve them for their cultural value, and would otherwise have been lost, with no formal archiving by their owner taking place.

Articles and/or images transcribed and/or reproduced from Arcade magazine, DC-UK magazine, Edge magazine, Net magazine, and Retro Gamer magazine are the property of Future Publishing.

Articles and/or images transcribed and/or reproduced from Mean Machine Sega magazine and the official Sega Magazine are the property of EMAP Images.

Articles and/or images transcribed and/or reproduced from Sega Pro magazine are the property of Paragon Publishing.

Articles and/or images transcribed and/or reproduced from Mega Drive Advanced Gaming magazine and Super Control magazine are the property of Maverick Magazines. Reproduction of Maverick material has been permitted by the copyright holder, Hugh Gollner.

All original material published on the site is copyright Chris Bell.

Where other copyright holders exist, efforts have been made where possible to credit them next to their work, but if you are the copyright holder of material published on the site and this is not the case, please get in touch (superpage58@gmail.com) and this will be rectified.
