In Prison/Back In Prison
8/8/96-10/8/96
8 August 1996 - IN PRISON
Now I'm in with Mr Big, we're planning our escape from prison, along with Marma.
We intend to disguise ourselves as comedy bank robbers, overpower the guards and tunnel our way to France.
From there we can either fly or take the ferry to England and freedom. Marma reckons the tunnel will take around 132 years to dig initially, but it will need painting and "making good" before we dare use it.
10 August 1996 - BACK IN PRISON
Following the failed escape, Marma has offered to act as my defence lawyer in an appeal to get me pardoned.
He's basing his case on the fact that I may be guilty, but a) it's OK; b) I'm sadder now than before; and c) I want to bring the old times back.
He's going to pluck the jurors' heart-strings by singing a soft ballad about my love of archery accompanied by a guitar that gently weeps.
